18kg Adjustable Kettlebell

Exactly what i wanted & price excellent.

Easy to order online, super fast delivery and great value for money.
This kettlebell is an excellent piece of equipment that, in my opinion, every home should own !

Yes it’s on the pricey side but the look and quality of the finish is good. The weight options up to a max of 18kg are easy to adjust.

Solid enough build. Good price. A little noisy but can live with that. Biggest issue is it's a 9kg kettlebell but the handle grip is not too good for single handed exercises, especially ones the are balance based bottom up exercises.

Additional I have got another and added grip tape the to the handle makes it a lot more usable. Also put a layer of grip tape on the inner lip of the disk, this solved the metal on metal clatter noise.

Looks like the weights are 1.1kgs

So it's 9kg, 7.9, 6.8,5.7,4.6,3.5,2.4kgs

Klasse Teil. Für den Bereich bis 18kg auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Absolutely brilliant piece of equipment

Very happy with this.

Kettlebells are well made, sturdy and provide an excellent cost effective way of having numerous weights in one. Would highly recommend - they are bulky so if you are small (I am 5ft) they are quite bulky for a shoulder press or clean but otherwise all good

If you are limited for space and you want to progress, add variety to your fitness programme then you would do well to purchase this product. It is soundly made and extremely robust Would definitely consider buying a second should I need one to further up my game

Thank you BRAINGAIN for proving such a great product and the versatility is brilliant. Kind regards Anowar Idrissi

Super for a varied workout. Other reviews said that when the kettlebell had some plates removed for a lighter load, the remaining plates pressed into the forearm on overhead extensions. This won't happen if you remove the plates from the bottom upwards.

Really pleased with this. I have limited space and I’d not want to buy a set of bells that take up space. This device is very clever and allows me to change the weights with a flick of a lever whilst I am doing a workout. Could not recommend more highly. Great company to deal with.

Pretty much exactly what you need from adjustable kettlebells. The lock is solid yet easy to open, it has a premium feel to it and theres a nice “soft” side for those pesky wrist bangs.

Only critique is that they could have used simpler weight multiples, often have to do real big man maths to figure out how to go from 18kg to 10kg (or as close to as possible) using 2.1kg, 2.5kg, 2.7kg as the options.

But I guess thats where the “Brain” gains come in?

This product is fantastic, the handle is large enough for big hands, and it being adjustable makes it great for small spaces, it's easy to use too, I love it, the only observation is when you use the lower weights make sure you keep it balanced both top and bottom or you might bruise your arms to start with, I think it's user error though, I'm getting on with it really well

This is really good quality and great for people who are moving up with weights giving so much flexibility. I bought it specifically for when I go away as it saves loading the car with lots of different weights. I was incredibly pleased with it.

This product is really easy to set up, adjust the weights and start getting into kettlebell workouts. It’s great for me as I don’t have much space and the adjustable weights mean that everyone in my house can use it. It’s a really solid product. Clicking the weights in and out of place is really easy as well.

Took this on holiday with me as it takes up little space, heavy for me to lift at the moment but I will get there

I can't really give this less than a 5 as it does exactly as advertised. Easily adjustable kettlebell. The weights do not move around too much so doesn't effect snatches at all. Only thing I find annoying is when you have weights removed they can dig into your arm a little, but you get used to it. Decent bit of kit.

Excellent

Looked the same as the more expensive ones so went for 2 of these. Used 3-5 times a week, adjusting the weights frequently during the workouts and have had no problems.

A good solid piece of gear with which I am well pleased!

I bought 2 kettlebells from braingain and have been using them for around 3 months now - has completely changed my home workouts. Would definitely recommend.

Good quality great space saver all the different weights in 1 unit.

These are very good value for money considering the cost of standard iron plates in the current climate. I have 2 of these for general excercise purposes and they have not let me down once so far.

The additional benefit of these kettlebells is that they have a standard 28mm hole drilled in the middle of the plate, thus if you have a 1" barbell, the weight plates can be used on this also.

Giving this kettlebell 5 star, as it is a neat concept and it will save me a lot of space. But, be prepared to receive a slightly different looking product! Mine came with a red lock top and it isn’t branded, but it was delivered quickly and it still does the job.

I really like this kettlebell, save me space and it's easy to adjust the weights. The locking mechanism is solid and safe. Very convenient to carry in my motorcycle when go out for outdoor training.

Top quality product highly recommend.

This thing is genuinely great. For the money, you are saving a ton with more variation than you could get with a bowflex and you don't need to clutter your house with a f@#& ton of other bells. People keep repeating that they are getting sore armsz easy fix for this is take the weights out from the bottom rather than the top. It's brilliant.

Good piece of equipment with a nice range of weights. Disks are easy and quick to put in and out. It may rattle a bit when doing swings but it is solid.

Glad I bought it. Easy to use, has good design and is versatile when doing your workouts, no issues.
